I have painted for as long as I can remember, a passion which never fades and is fed by my love of the coast and countryside. I now spend many happy hours watching shore line birds on the mudflats of the Severn Estuary (the "top" end of the Bristol Channel).
Currently working on a project to sketch, paint and observe the unique habitat of the salt marsh - you can see my initial working sketches on my salt marsh sketch blog.
In contrast are my bold, wildlife collages such as this Bewick Swan.
I have been lucky enough to exhibit nationally with organisations such as the Scottish Ornithologists Club, the Cornwall Bird Watching and Preservation Society, the National Exhibition of Wildlife Art, The Wildlife Art Society International and at the Society of Wildlife Artists annual exhibition at the Mall Galleries.
